Prepared for   Slatter Law Firm Presented by   FLOW AI April   2026

A private
intelligence
for the firm.

Not software you rent.
An operating layer you own — built around the way Slatter Law actually works.

What this is A branded intelligence layer for the firm.

A presentation ready concept for Slatter Law Firm.

What it changes Search, drafting, and case movement.

The firm retrieves what it knows faster and turns that knowledge into output sooner.

Why it matters Private Intelligence. Permanent Leverage.

Slatter Law builds long-term leverage from its own knowledge, systems, and case experience.

Act I  ·  A working brain

Imagine asking the firm itself a question.

Today, that question dies in a folder, an inbox, or someone's memory. Tomorrow, you ask it in plain English — and the firm answers in seconds with everything it has ever known.

Demonstration · firm data not real
The firm that owns its intelligence wins the next decade.
Act II  ·  A drafted demand

Slatter AI can write in your voice.

Demand letters that took an afternoon arrive in minutes — already structured the way Lennon or Renee write them, already grounded in the case file, ready to refine instead of begin.

To Whom It May Concern,

Act III  ·  The guardrails

Built around compliance, privacy,
and attorney oversight.

Sensitive firm data should not be casually pushed into generic AI tools. For a law firm, client data, medical records, attorney work product, case strategy, and privileged communication require a different level of care.

What we do not do

01
We do not train public AI models on Slatter Law data. The firm’s records, notes, and work product are not treated as fuel for public model improvement.
02
We do not send PHI into consumer OpenAI, consumer Anthropic, or public LLM endpoints.Medical records and protected case information are not handled like normal SaaS prompts.
03
We do not transmit AI-generated client communications without attorney review.Drafting support is allowed; unsupervised client communication is not the model.
04
We do not replace legal judgment with AI output. The system supports retrieval, drafting, and organization. It does not stand in for attorney reasoning.
05
We do not use Slatter Law data for other clients, public model training, or marketing without approval.Firm intelligence remains firm-specific.
06
We do not treat AI output as final legal work.Everything meaningful still passes through attorney oversight before it becomes real work product.
Controlled environment

The Brain stays inside a controlled stack.

The Brain is planned for client-owned hardware inside the firm’s office, with local model runtime, local vector database, encrypted storage, encrypted backups, and a wired-LAN-first posture for ingress.

Sensitive workflows

Private work should stay on the private system.

When medical records, chronologies, demand drafts, private notes, or attorney work product are involved, the goal is to keep that work on the Brain rather than route it through uncontrolled cloud AI systems.

Attorney review

Slatter AI is not positioned as a lawyer.

It drafts, retrieves, organizes, summarizes, and supports. Lennon and the Slatter Law team still decide, review, approve, sign, and send.

Current technical plan: local chronology inference on the Brain, cloud fallback only by explicit attorney override, and PHI stripped if fallback is ever used.
Act IV  ·  The shift

Most firms will rent AI.
Slatter Law will own it.

Renting AI is convenience. Owning it is leverage. The firms that build their own intelligence layer — trained on their cases, their voice, their workflow — will create an efficiency gap that the rest of the industry will spend years trying to close.

Slatter AI is how a focused, purpose-driven firm begins to outperform much larger ones — not by becoming like them, but by moving with more speed, more clarity, and more care.

Built once.
Yours forever.
Act V  ·  Phased rollout

A deliberate build, in four phases.

This is not positioned as a single giant leap. The plan is staged so the firm gets a working foundation first, then layers in employee workflows, the client-facing experience, and the refinement needed to support long-term growth.

Phase 01

Internal foundation

Install the Brain, structure the knowledge layer, secure the core environment, and make firm intelligence searchable in plain English.

Phase 02

Employee platform and workflows

Extend the foundation into records handling, chronology generation, drafting assistance, and the internal tools the team uses every day.

Phase 03

Client-facing app experience

Bring the branded client portal and app layer to life so communication, updates, documents, and case visibility feel modern and firm-specific.

Phase 04

Refinement, training, and growth support

Refine workflows, train staff, improve adoption, and support the next stage of operational and client-facing growth.

Act VI  ·  Three doors

Choose how far you want to go.

Each level builds on the one before. Each one creates leverage. Each one is yours, permanently.

Option 01  ·  The Foundation

Internal Efficiency Layer

The private Brain. Search across every document, prior matter, and internal note in plain language. Built to help the current team work faster, search smarter, and reduce wasted time inside the firm.

For the foundation
Option 02  ·  The Production Layer

Case Acceleration Platform

Brain + production. Records ingestion, chronologies, demand drafting in Lennon or Renee's voice, internal dashboard. Helps the team move cases forward with less friction.

For the firm in motion
Option 03  ·  The Full Buildout

Full Infrastructure

The complete app and operating layer for the firm — branded app, client-facing portal, firm-wide dashboards, custom automations across the whole operation.
